Total F.I.T. Program

The Total F.I.T. Program incorporates a complete "F"itness "I"ntensity "T"raining approach that will help you become TOTALLY FIT! All exercises will use resistance tubing/bands, i.e., long tubes, short tubes, cuff tubes, as well as fitsticks and hand weights.
